I haven't used Reaper in a while, so I won't be much help. However, I was in the same position. Long time Pro Tools user moving to Reaper. I remember there were definitely key command presets around the web, as well as some pretty nice 'skins'? I dunno what they call em, but it made reaper look and function very close to Pro Tools.
